Brewing Methods
HEAT
Heat water to 80–85°C (not boiling!).
STEEP
Use 1 tea bag or 1 tsp loose leaf per cup (≈ 200ml)
Steep for 1–2 minutes (avoid bitterness).
ENJOY
Enjoy plain or with a slice of lemon or served iced.
